Technology Development Department

THE TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT IS MAINLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THE NEW PRODUCTS FROM THE CONFIRMATION OF CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS TO THE START OF PRODUCTION PREPARATION, THE DESIGN OF PRODUCTION PROCESS FLOW AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT. 

Acrylic manufacture Department

We has imported German Heidelberg printing presses and UV printing equipment, hundreds of CNC cutting machines and laser cutting machines, unique bonding technology, and a well-managed production process to ensure that we can produce a beautiful product for our customers.


PVC soft glue manufacture Department

PVC soft glue production department is located in the industrial zone B building 2 floor a whole floor, covers an area of about 2000 square meters. It is divided into ink mixing workshop, PVC glue dropping workshop, packaging workshop, mold room, etc.


Printing Department

The printing workshop is located on the 1st floor of Building B, covering an area of about 1000 square meters, including Heidelberg printing workshop, UV printing workshop, printing screen manufacturing workshop, printing ink storage workshop, etc

Our engineering team is composed of 30 experienced engineers and technicians, who provide technical support and production guidance for all our production processes.

At the same time, the engineering R&D department also undertakes research and development projects for new technologies and products to meet the changes in the market and the needs of our customers.

The quality characteristics of the products provided by the supplier are inspected, and the sampling inspection is carried out according to the incoming specification inspection table and the signed AQL secondary standard. Through observation and judgment, combined with measurement and testing when appropriate, compare the results with the specified requirements to determine whether they are qualified and record the results in the parts inspection report.

Process inspection is divided into PQC inspection and production line inspection. Through process inspection, unqualified phenomena can be found early, and measures can be taken to prevent unqualified products from flowing into the next process

Finished product inspection is the last pass for the product to reach the customer, so it is very important. The company’s OQC conducts finished product inspections in accordance with the inspection guidelines and relevant technical standards or technical requirements and records the results in the delivery inspection report.
